Cross Properties Norwich have been renting good quality comfortable accommodation in Norwich for 10 years. 

We have a simple ethical code of providing quality accommodation at affordable prices to responsible tenants.

Our tenants are usually from the UEA student market.

All of our properties are bright, well maintained and well furnished and equipped with household appliances including fridge/freezer/washing machine and tumble drier. 

All properties have the applicable Gas and Electrical safety certificates. The properties have been assessed with an Energy Efficiency Rating

We have a no pets and no smoking policy. All properties are close to UEA either in or on the edge of the Golden Triangle.
